全面適用
義務の大部分が適用されます。上市される製品は必須要件を満たし、CEマーキングを付さなければなりません。
今後の予定残りの規格が予定
残りの横断的整合規格が予定されています。全面適用の約1年前であり、製造者がそれらに依拠できるようにするためです。
想定縦断的規格が予定
The product-specific (vertical) harmonised standards are due to be delivered. Also pushed back two months by the July 2026 draft amendment, from 30 October 2026. Delivery is not the same as availability: a standard only confers the Article 27 presumption of conformity once cited in the Official Journal.
想定最初の中核規格が予定
The two key horizontal standards (secure development and vulnerability handling) are due to be delivered. The Commission's July 2026 draft amendment to mandate M/606 moved this deadline back two months, from 30 August 2026.
想定報告義務が適用されます
製造者は、実際に悪用されている脆弱性および重大なインシデントをENISAおよび各国CSIRTに通知しなければなりません。ENISAの単一の報告プラットフォーム（第16条）は、この期日までに稼働する予定です。
今後の予定ETSI vertical drafts under Public Enquiry
ETSI opened the formal approval procedure on 17 vertical final draft standards (the EN 304 xxx series, covering Annex III products from routers to connected toys). Comment windows close between mid-September and mid-November 2026, depending on the vertical. The drafts are publicly readable.
進行中Chapter IV applies
適合性評価機関の通知に関する規定が発効し、全面適用に先立って通知機関を指定できるようになる。
完了ガイダンスおよび規格の策定
委員会は、July 2026にArt. 26の適用ガイダンスの内容を承認した(正式な採択は、すべてのEU言語版が整い次第行われる)。これと並行して随時更新されるFAQも公開されており、欧州の標準化団体は整合規格の策定を進めている。
進行中標準化要請が受け入れられました
CEN、CENELECおよびETSIは、約41の整合規格（横断的15規格と、残りの製品固有の縦断的規格）を策定するための欧州委員会の要請M/606を受け入れました。
完了発効済み
CRAはEU全域で法律となりました。施行の時計が動き始めました。
完了採択され法律として成立
規則は、欧州議会および理事会によって正式に採択されました。
